The Paralegal II will assist attorneys and business partners with various legal tasks, including drafting easements, conducting title reviews, and managing case documentation. Key Responsibilities:
• Support attorneys with real estate legal matters
• Draft and review legal documents for property transactions
• Conduct title and survey reviews for risk identification




• Review litigation documents and assist with case management

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required for the role
• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program
• Experience in real estate transactions strongly preferred
