With a minimum of two years' experience in creator training and a successful background in TikTok or DTC, you'll provide actionable feedback and lead engaging training sessions. Your role impacts growth as part of a rapidly expanding brand dedicated to raising revenue from $22M to $50M+.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review creator submissions with detailed feedback within 24 hours
• Conduct 1-2 group training calls weekly for creators
• Identify and share trends to inspire content creation
• Manage the Discord community to foster engagement
• Track and prioritize coaching times for improvement
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in training creators
• Proven content performance and GMV results
• Solid understanding of creator content conversion
• Fluent in English with remote work flexibility
• Comfortable with Discord and community management
