Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level support to partners and customers

Requirements:
• 5+ years of ERP experience, preferably SaaS-based
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Experience in business management software usage
• Excellent communication skills for global interaction
• Ability to coach and mentor team members
