Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of exploration programs, including conceptual targeting, fieldwork planning, and budget management.
Analyze and interpret complex geological, geochemical, and geophysical datasets to identify high-priority exploration targets.
Develop sophisticated geological models and use advanced software for data visualization and interpretation.
Prepare comprehensive technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for management and investment committees.
Mentor and guide junior geologists and technical staff in exploration methodologies and best practices.




Stay abreast of the latest exploration technologies, techniques, and industry trends, integrating them into project strategies.
Requirements Master's or Ph.D. in Geology or a related Earth Science discipline.
10+ years of progressive experience in mineral exploration, with a proven track record of successful discoveries.
Expertise in geological mapping, structural analysis, and geochemical/geophysical interpretation.
Advanced proficiency with exploration software, including GIS, 3D geological modeling (e.g., Leapfrog, Vulcan), and database management.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with strong presentation skills.
Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
