As the Manager of Food and Nutrition Services, you will report to the Program Director while overseeing key operational sections including Production, Procurement, and Ingredient Control. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead oversight of food production and procurement operations
• Develop strategic objectives in partnership with the Program Director




• Manage departmental budgets and conduct variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with public health and food safety standards
• Mentor and coach staff to improve performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition or equivalent
• Advanced Food Safety Certification required
• Minimum five years of food production management experience
• Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of Kashrut dietary laws preferred
