This position reports to the Human Resource Manager and focuses on promoting a positive workplace culture. As an HR Generalist, you'll be involved in recruitment, training, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with policies and legislative requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a desire to contribute to both employee experience and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment for salaried and unionized roles
• Support HR policies that drive staff engagement and effectiveness




• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation
• Provide HR guidance to staff on policies and workplace practices
• Facilitate training, performance management, and retention programs

Requirements:
• University degree or 1-5 years of HR experience
• CHRP designation or progress towards it
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
