In this full-time role, you will support the Manned Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (MAISR) In-Service Support Program. Your focus will include managing program performance and facilitating communication among stakeholders at the Royal Canadian Air Force's Main Operating Base 8 Wing in Trenton, Ontario. The position requires solid leadership and project management skills to address customer needs and coordinate technical matters effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on short and long-term planning with the MAISR team




• Identify customer needs and generate Statements of Work
• Prioritize program activities and objectives
• Liaise with DND auditors to ensure compliance
• Track and report program performance accurately

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Project Management Professional certification preferred
• Proven skills in cost, schedule, and quality management
• Experience in program management tool utilization
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
