Advance global education programs as an International Co-op Officer at the University of Toronto. This role focuses on facilitating international co-op work terms for engineering students in a collaborative environment.

As part of the Engineering Career Centre, you will drive the development of international co-op opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students. Collaborating with industry partners, you will leverage your expertise to promote the program and enhance student experiences from start to finish. This position requires interaction with a team of 30 professionals focused on experiential learning in engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and enhance relationships with key stakeholders
• Conduct labor market analysis for program development




• Promote co-op programs at recruitment events
• Analyze actions to boost employer visibility
• Develop strategies supporting work-integrated learning opportunities

Requirements:
• Master's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
• Experience preparing business development plans
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
