We are looking for a dynamic Certified Millwright with a valid Red Seal Industrial Mechanic Certification. In this permanent role, you will engage in preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance while working alongside a high-performance team. Your skills in troubleshooting and effective communication will help maintain the efficiency and safety of our mill operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and troubleshoot mill machinery effectively
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance
• Assess and replace machinery components as needed




• Implement secure repairs to enhance equipment reliability
• Foster a safe work environment for all personnel

Requirements:
• Valid Red Seal Industrial Mechanic Certification
• Completed secondary school and vocational training
• 3-4 years of apprenticeship or equivalent experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
