Your expertise will be critical in fostering optimal outcomes within the interdisciplinary team, utilizing comprehensive skills to attend to a range of wound care modalities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments for wound and ostomy care
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans




• Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Apply research evidence to improve practice
• Perform conservative sharp wound debridement as needed

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with NSWOC certification
• Several years managing wounds and ostomies
• Valid driver’s license for required travel
• Excellent communication skills in English
• CPR certification and current immunizations
