**General Laborer**
**Job Overview**
Join a growing manufacturing company that produces custom architectural ceiling products.

As a General Laborer, you will assist with mold making, cementing, fiberglass work, and general production duties in a hands-on environment.
**Responsibilities**
Assist with mold making, cementing, and fiberglass production.

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Follow blueprints and work instructions.

Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.

Keep the work area clean and organized.

Wear required safety equipment, including steel-toe boots and masks/respirators when needed.

Follow all company safety procedures.

Work with team members to meet production goals.
**Requirements**
Experience using hand and power tools.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day.

Ability to read and follow blueprints or drawings.

Comfortable working in a dusty manufacturing environment.

Willing to work around fiberglass materials and strong odors.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, renovation, or general labor.

Experience working with fiberglass.

Painting experience.

Ability to learn current production processes and work in different departments.

**Monday to Friday**
**7:30 AM - 3:45 PM**
**Work Environment**
Large, well-lit manufacturing facility.

Dusty environment with some exposure to fiberglass odors.
PPE provided, including safety glasses and protective coveralls.

Steel-toe boots required.

Optional overtime available after shifts and on Saturdays.
**Ideal for candidates with construction, manufacturing, or general labor experience who enjoy hands-on physical work and working with tools.**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
