About the Role Our client is looking for a highly qualified and compassionate Sports Physiotherapist to provide expert care and rehabilitation services to athletes in East London . You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating sports-related injuries, developing personalized rehabilitation programs, and working closely with athletes and coaches to ensure optimal physical condition and injury prevention. This role requires a deep understanding of biomechanics, exercise physiology, and manual therapy techniques, contributing to the health and performance of athletes within the vibrant sports community of East London .
Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat sports-related injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.
Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs tailored to athlete needs.
Provide preventative care strategies and education to athletes and teams.
Collaborate with coaches, trainers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic athlete care.
Utilize manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy modalities as appropriate.




Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting progress and treatment plans.
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
Registered with the relevant professional body (e.g., Health Professions Council of South Africa).
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sports Physiotherapist or in a related sports medicine role.
Proven expertise in sports injury assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.
Strong knowledge of biomechanics, exercise science, and manual therapy techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills.
