About the Company
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Billing Specialist for a mid-sized law firm located in downtown Toronto.
About the Role
You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing pre-bills, ensuring all billable hours and expenses are accurately captured and properly coded. This includes communicating with time-keepers, responding to invoice requests, assisting with docketing, overseeing file closings, delivering bills electronically, handling client inquiries, preparing reports, and supporting department members with administrative tasks as needed..
The Offer
This role offers a competitive salary of up to $80K, along with perks, 3 weeks of vacation, RRSP contributions, and educational support. After a probation period, you'll enjoy a hybrid work schedule, working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
What You Bring
To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of three years of law firm billing and e-billing experience. A strong work ethic and a commitment to working in a team- and goal-oriented environment are essential.



Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, along with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Prior experience with ProLaw is a plus.
