You will be responsible for developing growth strategies, securing new customers, and delivering exceptional service while managing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute growth strategies for Ontario and Manitoba
• Prospect and secure new customer relationships
• Conduct meetings and equipment demonstrations
• Promote equipment sales, rentals, and services
• Manage customer activity using Salesforce

Requirements:
• 3+ years of outside sales experience
• Background in equipment rental or heavy equipment
• Solid prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with home office experience
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
