# Compliance Officer - Full-timeCompliance Officer - Full-time#### Compliance Officer - Full-time#####**Job Role** Reporting to the Manager of Compliance & Surveillance, the Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring the protection of corporate assets, maintaining gaming integrity and reviewing business processes to ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures, legislation and regulation. This position monitors, reviews and investigates non-compliance to established policy and procedure and provides comprehensive reports detailing the results. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** Reviews business processes to ensure they comply with corporate policies and procedures, regulations and legislation. Assists in the development of Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) policies, procedures, risk assessment, and corporate training manuals and courses. Performs information and training sessions with SaskGaming employees to ensure understanding and awareness of AML/CTF requirements and responsibilities. Ensures SaskGaming is in compliance with reporting and record keeping and 'know your client' obligations outlined in federal regulations. Assists in the development and maintenance of Compliance related policies and procedures and standard operating procedures. Ensures all are accurate and up to date. Maintains the key and proximity card access standards for SaskGaming. Grants and removes access upon request. Performs annual access and key inventory audits.



Liaises with external law enforcement and criminal intelligence agencies and law firms through the provision of reports and data pertaining to criminal investigations and attends court proceedings to testify as a witness when necessary. Performs slot machine testing for new and existing machines and ensures new product adheres to regulatory requirements. Testing includes hold percentage and progressive jackpot increment accuracy and machine settings. Performs investigations for non-compliance and produces comprehensive reports that detail the results and provide recommendations. Investigations can include incidents of fraud, theft, collusion, money laundering, gaming integrity, etc. Provides support to the Manager of Compliance & Surveillance with the administration, coordination and management of liability incidents and claims. | **Qualifications** Our ideal candidate will have a degree in the area of Business Administration or related field plus a minimum of three to six years of directly related work experience representing continuous learning is required. A CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or CAMLI Practicing Associate is required. An acceptable combination of education and experience may be considered. | **Compensation** $72,803 - $93,604 per annum | **Competencies** Using a variety of assessment tools such as in-person interviews, written examinations, role plays and reference checks, candidates will be assessed against the following competencies: TEAMWORK: Promotes collaboration,
