Intermediate Supply Chain Analyst to support Labour, Equipment, and Materials (LEM) and contract onboarding and reporting for our Oil an gas client (Req 11088)
Our energy sector client is seeking a Intermediate Supply Chain Analyst to support Labour, Equipment, and Materials (LEM) and contract onboarding and reporting
Calgary-based office. Candidates will be in-office 5 day/week in downtown Calgary
Must Haves
5+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or Contractor Administrator with Oil and Gas experience
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis
Experience working with multiple systems, large datasets , and complex business processes .
Experience in Financial reconciliation and investigation of cost, invoice, and purchase order discrepancies
Robust Nice to Have
Experience using SAP for purchase orders, invoices, reporting, and supply chain transactions
Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports
Knowledge of contractor management and LEM processes
Experience in energy, industrial, construction, or project-based environments
Responsibilities
Support contractor and LEM onboarding activities, system setup, and process coordination
Maintain contractor, supplier, and supply chain records across multiple systems
Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies in costs, invoices, and purchase order activity
Review purchase order balances and identify root causes of invoicing and cost variances
Monitor Power BI dashboards, operational reports, and data sources to identify trends, exceptions, and risks
Validate supporting documentation for cost accuracy, allocation, and contractual compliance
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, contractors,
and suppliers to resolve operational issues
