Current Vision Management, operating as United West Winnipeg, is a third-party sales and marketing company supporting corporate clients through direct sales, customer acquisition and client campaign execution.
The Sales Operations and Compliance Manager is responsible for the planning, organization, functional management and evaluation of sales operations across multiple client campaigns. The position provides management-level oversight of sales performance, campaign execution, client requirements, sales compliance, operational processes, workforce capacity, training standards and outsourced recruitment activities.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Manager works across the company’s existing operational structure of Assistant Managers, Account Managers, Team Leaders and Sales Representatives to ensure that sales activities, workforce capability and campaign execution remain aligned with company strategy, client expectations and performance objectives.
The position provides cross-campaign functional management and oversight while maintaining the company’s existing day-to-day operational reporting structure.
Key Responsibilities Sales Operations, Strategy and Performance Plan, organize and evaluate sales operations across multiple client accounts and campaigns, establishing operational priorities, sales objectives, performance standards and processes aligned with company and client requirements.
Monitor campaign results, customer acquisition performance, sales KPIs and operational trends to identify performance gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement sales procedures, performance frameworks and operational practices that improve productivity, accountability and consistency across campaigns.
Assess operational and workforce requirements associated with new campaigns, account expansion, products, services and business-growth opportunities.
Client and Campaign Management Support the management of corporate client relationships and act as a management-level resource for sales operations, campaign performance and service-delivery matters.
Translate client objectives, products, services, campaign requirements and performance expectations into appropriate sales processes and operational priorities.
Participate in client meetings, campaign reviews, presentations and business-development discussions where management-level sales operations input is required.
Coordinate with Account Managers and other operational leaders to address campaign challenges, performance concerns and opportunities for account development or improvement.
Sales Compliance, Quality and Operational Standards Establish, implement and monitor sales compliance procedures consistent with company policies, client requirements, brand standards and approved sales practices.
Provide functional compliance oversight across Account Managers, Team Leaders and Sales Representatives to ensure campaigns are executed consistently with established operational and client standards.
Review compliance concerns, customer complaints,



quality issues and deviations from approved sales processes, and coordinate appropriate corrective or preventive actions.
Ensure changes to client products, promotions, procedures, compliance requirements and campaign standards are effectively communicated and incorporated into sales operations.
Workforce Planning and Recruitment Oversight Determine workforce requirements based on client campaigns, sales targets, business growth, staffing capacity and anticipated operational needs.
Provide management oversight of the company’s third-party recruitment provider, including communicating staffing priorities, monitoring candidate pipelines and evaluating recruitment service delivery.
Participate in interviews and candidate assessments where required and contribute to internal recommendations concerning candidate suitability and placement.
Monitor recruitment outcomes and workforce availability to ensure staffing levels support current and anticipated campaign requirements.
Training, Onboarding and Workforce Readiness Oversee onboarding, orientation and campaign-readiness standards for newly hired Sales Representatives before and during their deployment into client campaigns.
Ensure appropriate product, technical, compliance and sales-training requirements are incorporated into employee development and campaign preparation.
Work with Account Managers and Team Leaders to identify training and development needs and promote consistency in field coaching, sales practices and campaign execution.
Support leadership development within the company’s progression structure from Sales Representative to Team Leader, Account Manager and Assistant Manager.
Reporting, Analytics and Process Improvement Prepare and review sales, campaign, workforce, recruitment and compliance reports and provide management recommendations to the Executive Director.
Analyze performance information to identify trends, operational risks, workforce constraints and opportunities for sales or process improvement.
Develop and implement continuous-improvement initiatives that strengthen sales effectiveness, reporting, accountability, compliance and operational consistency across campaigns.
Recommend improvements relating to sales strategy, workforce allocation, training, client campaigns and operational processes based on performance results and business requirements.
Business Growth and Sales Capacity Support business growth by assessing the operational requirements and sales capacity needed to successfully launch, expand or support client campaigns.
Identify opportunities to improve sales productivity,



strengthen campaign performance and support the expansion of existing client relationships.
Coordinate sales-operational readiness for new products, promotional initiatives, territories or client accounts.
Provide the Executive Director with operational input regarding sales capacity, workforce requirements and the resources required to support sustainable business growth.
Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, Communications or a related field.
Additional education, certification or professional development in sales, business, marketing, leadership or management is considered an asset.
Experience Three (3) to five (5) years of progressive experience in sales, business development, account management, direct marketing, sales operations or a related commercial environment.
Demonstrated experience in sales operations, performance management, corporate/client relationship management and multi-team or multi-campaign environments.
Experience delivering or overseeing product, technical, sales or employee training and supporting the development of sales personnel.
Experience with sales compliance, quality standards, client-driven sales processes, reporting systems, CRM platforms or performance-management tools.
Experience participating in recruitment, interviewing, workforce planning or coordinating with external recruitment providers is considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits Wage: $38.00 per hour
Hours: 32 hours per week
Employment: Permanent, full-time
Vacation: Three (3) weeks paid vacation annually
General holiday pay and statutory leaves in accordance with applicable Manitoba employment standards.
Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Employment Insurance (EI) and other required payroll deductions and employer contributions in accordance with federal requirements.
