Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a bilingual (English/French) to train on one of our client's HCM platform which includes HR, benefits, talent workforce management, platform and payroll. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering virtual training to government customers, internal staff and partners. The candidate will be expected to work with internal and external teams to find and meet training, and funnel customer feedback up internally.

Please note, while this is a remote position but there may be some travel (up to 30%) expected depending on customer demand.

We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.

Skills and Requirements
Fluent in French and English, with solid presentation and facilitation skills in bothExperience training customers, internal teams or partnersProven ability to deliver effective virtual trainingStrong customer-facing, consulting and communication skillsCan learn new concepts quickly and explain them clearlyComfortable with Microsoft Office and online meeting tools (Teams, WebEx, Zoom) and/or learning management systemsEligible to work on Government of Canada projectsHolds, or is eligible to get,



Canadian Protected B security clearanceExperience delivering Dayforce or other HCM product trainingExperience supporting Government of Canada or other public sector customersTraining experience on complex enterprise or technical platformsExperience building or editing digital learning content, including Articulate (Rise or Storyline)Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive designWeb Services development, XSLT, XML or SQL experience
