In this full time, client-facing position, you will coach new Focal Point Franchisees to accelerate their performance and build confidence. With strong mentoring skills and real-world sales experience, you will guide coaches through program modules while ensuring accountability in outcomes. Your expertise will help franchisees develop effective sales techniques and overcome challenges, paving the way for their success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct bi-weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with mentees
• Lead group coaching calls aligned with curriculum




• Teach effective sales conversations and business development
• Implement technology systems for optimal performance
• Monitor monthly Key Result Areas (KRAs) and progress

Requirements:
• Proven coaching or mentoring experience
• Strong sales history, particularly high-ticket items
• High comfort level with technology tools
• Facilitation and group coaching experience
• Effective communication and time management skills
