Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an IT Field Services Engineer to join a leading manufacturing company in the Pulp and Paper industry. This position is based in Richmond, British Columbia and On site 5 days a week.The primary purpose of this role is to provide expert recommendations and support for IT services and systems across assigned departments and/or facilities, aligning with both corporate and local business objectives. You will deliver in office technical assistance and resolve IT-related issues.As the sole IT lead on-site, you will serve as the key liaison between the corporate IT team and the Mill, ensuring seamless communication and effective implementation of IT initiatives.
Skills and Requirements
2-3 years within IT field tech space
Experience with Networking/ Network support Cisco Switching
Hands on desk support experience
Great communication skill
Experience within a manufacturing setting
Hands on experience with Windows 11 Migration
