We are looking for skilled Minute Takers to record and distribute meeting minutes accurately and efficiently.Location & TravelApplicants must be located in Toronto, Ottawa, or Vancouver and be open to traveling to customers’ locations roughly twice a month. The remaining meetings will be conducted virtually, making this a hybrid role.ResponsibilitiesTake the Minute Taker Challenge on our website.Enroll in the self‑guided Training Program.Successfully complete training and start accepting meetings.Attend up to 1‑2 meetings per week (virtual or on‑site). For on‑site meetings, travel requirements include 9 am‑5 pm business hours; for virtual meetings, sessions occur 4‑8 pm EST.QualificationsStrong writing skills, concise and detail‑oriented.Experience with executive summaries, conference reports,



or meeting minutes is a strong asset.Training is mandatory but provided.Compensation & BenefitsAll payments are made in CAD via direct deposit.Travel meetings are compensated starting at $300, plus meals, local travel, airfare, and accommodation fully reimbursed. Compensation increases with longer travel events.Virtual meetings: $56 per one‑hour meeting, $15 for each additional 30‑minute period (rounded up).Local in‑person meetings: $106 per one‑hour meeting, $20 for each additional 30‑minute period (rounded up).
