We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our Clinical Department in the combined role of Clinical Director Assistant and Substitute Clinical Supervisor. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a diverse workload, supporting students, clinic operations, and clinical education. Position Title: Clinical Director Assistant & Substitute Clinical Supervisor Status: Ongoing, Part time Scheduled Hours: 14 hours per week, plus substitute supervisory shifts as required Regular Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays: 8:00 a.M. to 4:00 p.M. Monday through Thursday evenings Daytime support on Tuesdays and Thursdays for in-reach and outreach Position Summary Reporting to the Clinical Director, the successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Clinical Department while serving as a substitute Clinical Supervisor when required. This role plays a key part in supporting clinic operations, student success, and the delivery of high-quality clinical education. As part of OVCMT's long-term succession planning strategy, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to receive mentorship, training, and progressive exposure to leadership responsibilities within the Clinical Department.
