The Ontario Jewish Archives, part of UJA Federation of Greater Toronto, needs a motivated archivist for a permanent role. This position involves managing archival collections, providing reference services, and supporting programming initiatives. You'll be instrumental in preserving and telling the stories of Ontario's Jewish community through various outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Meet with donors to assess and acquire records
• Process and arrange archival collections according to standards
• Digitize collections for the digital repository




• Provide reference services to the public and staff
• Assist with programming and outreach activities

Requirements:
• Master of Information focused on Archives and Records Management
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an archival institution
• Comfort with mixed media collections
• Strong understanding of archival principles
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
