As a vital member of the team, you will report to the Foreman and play a crucial role in maintaining highways, managing traffic, and ensuring the safety of roadways. Your responsibilities will include promoting a safety culture and handling various administrative tasks, ensuring thorough documentation and compliance. You'll also operate heavy equipment when needed and follow all safety regulations while performing outdoor work in diverse weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a solid safety culture within the work environment
• Ensure proper signage and traffic control measures




• Maintain and service company equipment and vehicles
• Complete logs, reports, and safety documentation
• Operate heavy equipment as required for projects

Requirements:
• Valid Class 3 or 1 Driver’s License with air brake endorsement
• Experience with light, medium, and heavy equipment
• 50+ hours of snowplow operation preferred
• Availability for on-call and night shifts
• Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental compliance
