Location: Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada | Schedule: Full-time, on-site | Compensation: $65K - $85K base, depending on experience
Overview A manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers is seeking a Field Support Engineer to service hematology, chemistry, coagulation, and other automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greater Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada area. This role is critical to keeping customers' laboratory equipment running reliably through installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support.
What you'll do Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on laboratory instrumentation
Establish and maintain solid customer relationships
Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group
Maintain car inventory, including tools and trunk stock (parts)
Provide basic on-site training on the operation of company instrumentation
Required qualifications Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline
Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting
Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer
Overnight travel required
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19




Not eligible for sponsorship or work authorization; must not require sponsorship to work in Canada
No relocation offered; must reside within the greater Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada area
Preferred qualifications Current or recent Field Service experience in the Medical Device industry preferred
Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus
Compensation and benefits Base salary $65K - $85K depending on experience
Overtime & performance bonus expected to add an additional $4K - $8K annually, possibly more
