inBeat Agency is seeking a Team Lead for our Video & Design Team. This is a full time, fully remote role that lets you work from anywhere. You will run the two teams behind our performance creative—design and video editing—shaping how creative gets made, shipped, and refined across campaigns.
You’ll report to the Director of Performance Creative. You’ll build scalable production systems, align strategy to production, and define KPIs for speed and quality.
