This position reports to the Patient Care Manager and requires collaboration with multidisciplinary professionals to deliver primary care to trauma patients. Candidates should have at least two years of recent emergency experience or equivalent certifications and demonstrate outstanding communication and critical thinking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide primary care for Emergency/Trauma patients
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and interventions




• Educate patients and advocate for their needs
• Collaborate closely with the health care team
• Support person-focused care philosophy

Requirements:
• Current registration with Ontario College of Nurses
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred
• ACLS and BCLS certifications required
• Minimum of two years recent Emergency experience
• Commitment to continuing education in nursing
