Reporting to the Director of Care, the Registered Nurse will focus on delivering high-quality nursing services to residents. Your responsibilities include creating personalized care plans, ensuring medication administration, and maintaining thorough documentation. Furthermore, your role helps create a positive, caring atmosphere where dignity and independence are prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement resident care plans under supervision
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation




• Administer medications and provide direct nursing care
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and families
• Assist with move-ins, palliative care, and end-of-life care

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current BC and AB nursing licenses
• CPR and First Aid certifications required
• Experience in residential care is preferred
• Solid communication and organizational skills
