Join our precision manufacturing team as a skilled 4/5 Axis CNC Set-Up Technician. Support adherence to production schedules and quality standards while controlling costs and ensuring safety.

We are looking for an experienced technician to set up and operate CNC milling machines efficiently. Responsible for maintaining high standards of workmanship, you will also plan ahead for jobs and ensure accurate setups. Key tasks include performing inspections, deburring parts, and preparing fixtures and tooling.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate 4/5 axis CNC machines with efficient techniques
• Adjust fixturing to ensure accurate setups and conforming parts
• Prove out programs, making adjustments to tools and offsets




• Perform first-article inspections for dimensional accuracy
• Prepare loading instructions and train operators for job sign-in

Requirements:
• Five years of CNC machining and setup experience
• Familiarity with Fanuc, Yasnac, or Esprit controls
• Strong knowledge of precision machining materials and methods
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and tolerances
• Degree or certification in a manufacturing-related field preferred
