Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a strategic SAP Success

Factors Optimization Program.

The project will optimize and standardize employee lifecycle processes across multiple jurisdictions, improve HR data quality, implement additional Success

Factors functionality, and enhance integrations with enterprise systems.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation partner, coordinating business and technical stakeholders, maintaining governance and reporting, and ensuring successful delivery of project objectives across Corporate, Canada, and United States
This is a hands-on project leadership role requiring strong SAP Success

Factors experience and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-site, global organization.

Project Overview
The Success

Factors Optimization Program aims to: Standardize HR processes across multiple operating regions.

Optimize SAP Success

Factors Employee Central.

Enhance Recruiting, Onboarding, and Learning Management capabilities.

Improve employee and manager self-service adoption.

Strengthen HR reporting and data quality.

Support integrations with payroll, identity management, and enterprise applications.

Drive user adoption, change management, and business process improvements.

Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, reporting, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
Lead end-to-end project execution from planning through go-live and hypercare.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource forecasts.

Coordinate activities between business stakeholders, HR teams, technical teams, implementation partners, and vendors.

Ensure project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned with business priorities.





Drive issue resolution and facilitate decision-making with project sponsors and governance committees.

Governance & Reporting
Establish and maintain project governance structures.

Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive status reviews.

Prepare weekly and monthly project reports for senior leadership.

Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

Escalate issues appropriately and provide mitigation strategies.

Vendor & Partner Management
Manage the implementation partner and third-party consultants.

Monitor vendor deliverables and contract commitments.

Track implementation quality, risks, and overall performance.

Coordinate cross-functional technical and business resources.

Stakeholder Engagement
Build productive relationships with HR, IT, Operations, Payroll, Learning, and site leadership teams.

Drive stakeholder alignment across multiple countries and business units.

Manage communications and expectation setting throughout the project lifecycle.

Support organizational change management and user readiness activities.

Delivery Management
Oversee requirements validation, solution design, testing, training, deployment, and hypercare activities.

Ensure testing plans and acceptance criteria are established and executed.

Monitor project performance against approved baselines.

Support cutover planning and transition to operational support teams.

Skills and Requirements
Minimum 7-9 years of project management experience leading enterprise technology projects.

Minimum 3 years managing SAP Success





Factors implementations or optimization initiatives.

Proven experience delivering projects involving: Employee Central
Recruiting
Onboarding
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
HR data migration
System integrations
Experience working with global or multi-site organizations.

Experience managing external implementation partners and consulting teams.

Strong knowledge of: Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies
Project governance and executive reporting
Risk and issue management
Budget and resource management
Organizational change management
Stakeholder engagement
Testing and deployment management
SAP Success

Factors certification(s).

Experience with SAP Integration Suite.

Familiarity with HRIS environments integrated with ADP, Active Directory, Service

Now, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms.

Experience in mining, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or other geographically distributed operations.

Experience supporting North American and Latin American deployments.
