Insight Global is looking for a Success

Factors System Administrator / Technical Solutions Analyst to join a large enterprise construction client on a 6 month contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

This role is based in Edmonton, Alberta, beginning with a short remote period and transitioning to 5 days/week onsite once office space becomes available (expected end of May).

The Senior Success

Factors System Administrator will be responsible for hands on configuration, technical analysis, and system support across multiple SAP Success

Factors modules.

This individual will collaborate closely with business users, BAs, SMEs, and technical teams to translate requirements into system configuration, reporting, and integrations.

The successful candidate will support ongoing HR systems workload, upcoming platform changes, and a major transition from Success

Factors Recruiting/Onboarding to Smart

Recruiter.

Skills and Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on SAP Success

Factors configuration experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in technical configuration and testing, including:
o
Permissions and role-based access
o Screen layouts and UI configuration
o Data extensions and object configuration
o Translating business requirements into system design
