Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Optimization Coordinator to support one of the world's leading agriculture companies on an initial 12-month contract, with a solid likelihood of extension.

You will work 3 days per week in office in Calgary (Tu-Thu), and work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Travel across North America would be required 10% of the time primarily to the mid-west (valid passport needed).

You must be comfortable with business travel and have professional travel etiquette.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Integrity and Quality - Drive data accuracy by managing data quality issues, coordinating resolution efforts, and ensuring Systems of Record remain complete and reliable.
- Conduct Monthly Meetings - Lead monthly division meetings to review enhancements, address data issues, and gather feedback to maximize system value.
- Update Divisions on Resolutions - Provide clear and timely communication on requests, issue status, and resolution progress.
- Communicate Field Roadmap - Align with key stakeholders on priorities and regularly communicate roadmap updates and upcoming initiatives to the field.
- Value Realization - Identify, track, and communicate the business impact of key decisions while uncovering and documenting value realization opportunities.
- Production Issues Tracking - Manage production issues and enhancement requests from intake through resolution while maintaining stakeholder visibility.
- IOT Support - Support divisions with IoT implementation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.





Skills and Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in a large corporate environment
- Agriculture industry experience/background
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building skills and sales experience
- Working knowledge of Excel - Pivot Tables, V Lookups, general reporting and data analysis
- Financial/business literacy to understand and communicate value realization
- Experience presenting recommendations and driving adoption
- Previous experience driving software/tool adoption
- PowerBI experience
- Experience having conversations with growers/farmers, retail branches, or field operations
