Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a PCO to support a portfolio of technology initiatives within a leading bank in downtown Toronto.

This individual will act as a trusted partner to Program Managers, Project Managers, and Technology Leaders, ensuring strong governance, financial oversight, reporting, risk management, and project coordination across both strategic programs and BAU portfolio initiatives.

Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain project schedules, track milestones and dependencies, monitor project progress, and support delivery planning across multiple initiatives.
• Track project resources, allocations, and capacity across the portfolio to support effective planning and execution.
• Facilitate project team meetings, governance forums, and stakeholder sessions, including agenda preparation, meeting coordination, minute-taking, action item tracking, and follow-up communications.
• Perform budget tracking, financial forecasting, accrual management, variance analysis, portfolio reporting, and develop dashboards using formulas, pivot tables, and reporting tools.
• Manage project financials, resource allocations, forecasts, status reporting, portfolio governance, and project lifecycle documentation.
• Prepare executive status reports, steering committee materials, and portfolio updates for senior leadership.
• Maintain RAID logs, action item trackers, and governance artifacts to ensure projects remain on track and risks are proactively managed.
• Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, meeting records, audit-ready files, and portfolio repositories.

We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.





Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years as a PCO supporting technology projects within a banking environment
• Hands-on experience with Clarity, MS Project, Excel, Share

Point and Power

Point
• Strong project governance experience including RAID logs, risk management, action tracking, and status reporting
• Experience with project financials, budget tracking, forecasting, and portfolio reporting
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight while supporting multiple stakeholders, projects, and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Experience leveraging AI tools or automation to improve reporting and project management processes
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is an asset
• Previous exposure to Payments, Treasury, or Banking Technology programs
• Payments modernization experience (Real-Time Payments, Tokenized Cash, etc.)
