As a Technology Enablement Analyst Co-op, you'll help bridge the gap between business needs and emerging technology solutions.
You'll evaluate technology capabilities, analyze market trends, and assess vendor offerings while helping teams identify the right solutions for complex business challenges.
With a strong focus on Agentic AI and workflow automation, you'll also gain hands-on experience designing, configuring, and developing AI-powered solutions from concept and prototype through production deployment.

You'll work closely with business leaders, technology teams, and innovation partners while gaining exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies, automation platforms, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
We are currently looking for highly motivated students to join us in our Toronto, Ontario, Canada office for a 4-month co-op term running from January 5, 2027 through April 22, 2027.
This is a hybrid position where you will be expected to work in the office on designated in-office days.
**Position Responsibilities**
Analyze business challenges and identify technology solutions that align with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
Conduct market research, vendor evaluations, and capability assessments with a focus on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and workflow automation technologies.
Develop executive-ready presentations, business cases, roadmaps, and infographics that communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly.
Build, configure, customize, and test AI Agents and workflow automation solutions to support business use cases.
Create prototypes, proofs of concept, and demonstrations to validate potential technology solutions.
Support end-to-end delivery of automation and AI initiatives, including implementation, testing, deployment, and adoption activities.
Document use cases, process flows, requirements, benefits, KPIs, and solution recommendations.
Contribute to process mapping workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify opportunities for innovation and automation.
Track industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for adoption and continuous improvement.
**Required Qualifications**
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to independently create polished Power
Point presentations with solid data visualization and infographic design.
Experience developing, configuring, or customizing AI, automation, or software solutions through academic, internship, extracurricular, or personal projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate technology capabilities against business requirements.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience with at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, Java
Script, C#, or similar.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or AI-powered applications.
Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, Service
Now, or similar platforms.
Experience conducting research, market assessments, benchmarking, or vendor analysis.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Experience creating dashboards, reports, or business analyses using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, or supporting business transformation initiatives.
