Job Description
You'd be joining a large Retail Client on their Online Shopping Experience team and helping build out what customers actually see and interact with on the website. A big part of the role is taking the campaign and promotional calendar and turning that into homepage experiences, landing pages, and other onsite content using Contentful.

They need someone who is organized, communicates well, and can pick things up quickly because there are a lot of campaigns launching, especially heading into the holiday period.

It's a mix of hands-on content building, QA, coordination, and thinking strategically about the overall customer shopping experience
Skills and Requirements
Organized and reliable
There are a lot of moving pieces, calendars, deadlines, and launches, so they need someone who can stay on top of their work.

Strong communicator
They need to clearly communicate what they need from different teams and flag missing information or potential issues early.

Quick learner
This is a big one.

The team has already gone through two specialists, so they need someone who can pick up the process quickly and become productive without needing constant direction.

Contentful / CMS experience
Contentful experience is valuable, although the platform itself can be learned.





Robust experience with another CMS or digital content platform could translate well.

Homepage / digital experience building
They should understand how to take a campaign calendar or brief and translate it into an actual onsite customer experience, including homepage updates and landing pages.
