In this role, you will be integral to our Administration team, assisting multiple businesses including Wild Flour Artisan Bakery, Little Wild Coffee & Gelato, and Juniper Hotel & Bistro. Your background in HR will help you thrive in a dynamic environment while managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You'll guide managers through HR policies and ensure an engaging employee experience throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment processes including job postings and interviews
• Onboard current employees, ensuring smooth integration




• Provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations
• Organize team events and communication initiatives
• Support payroll administration and benefits enrollment

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in HR or related field preferred
• Minimum two years HR experience in a Generalist role
• Knowledge of employment law and health standards
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
