Fed Supply is recruiting for a Tactical Buyer to enhance the procurement team. You’ll have a pivotal role in maintaining thorough supplier records and communicating procurement needs across various departments. Your contributions will help streamline purchasing processes while ensuring that operational needs are met with a focus on compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and compliance
• Create and update supplier records in the ERP system




• Issue purchase orders and track deliveries
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine procurement processes
• Communicate pricing and terms with suppliers

Requirements:
• 2-3 years in tactical purchasing or similar roles
• Education in procurement, logistics, or related fields
• Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred
• Robust analytical and negotiation skills
• Bilingual in French and English
