Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join a leading Courier and Logistics company in Mississauga. This is a hybrid role and requires 2x/week on site Mississauga.
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong RPA experience to support the identification, assessment, and delivery of automation opportunities across business functions. The candidate should have experience with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar RPA platforms and be comfortable working with both business and technical teams. Exposure to Agentic AI, Generative AI, or Intelligent Automation is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities Work with business stakeholders to identify and assess RPA and automation opportunities.
Conduct process discovery, process mapping, and As-Is / To-Be analysis.
Gather and document business and functional requirements for automation solutions.
Develop PDDs, BRDs, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
Partner with RPA developers throughout solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
Identify process exceptions, business rules, dependencies, risks, and integration requirements.
Coordinate SIT/UAT, support defect resolution, and obtain business sign-off.
Evaluate automation opportunities based on business value, feasibility, complexity, and expected ROI.
Support tracking and reporting of automation benefits, including productivity and cost/time savings.
Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
Contribute to the organization's RPA / Intelligent Automation roadmap.
Skills and Requirements 3–6+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Hands-on experience with RPA / Intelligent Automation, preferably Automation Anywhere (AA), UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and process mapping.
Experience developing PDDs / BRDs / functional requirements for automation initiatives.
Experience working with RPA developers and technical teams.
Experience with SIT, UAT, test case development, and defect management.
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
Exposure to Agentic AI, Generative AI, or AI-enabled automation.
Experience identifying and evaluating AI/RPA use cases.
Knowledge of APIs, OCR/IDP, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code platforms.
Experience with process mining/discovery tools.
Agile/Scrum experience.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
