ABL Employment is hiring Machine Operators to join a team dedicated to precision, safety, and continuous improvement. This is an excellent prospect for someone with machine operation experience who is looking to grow with a stable company.
Job Summary As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC and/or manual machines. You’ll interpret blueprints, follow technical specifications, and work independently to ensure production targets are met with accuracy and efficiency.
Training & Schedule – Training on day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
– After training, transition to night shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday)
– Training duration depends on performance and ability to master key tasks
Qualifications – Previous CNC or manual machine operation experience preferred
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
– Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
