• Advise customers on parts and promotions
• Manage inquiries via the counter, email, and phone
• Oversee daily parts operations and inventory counts

• Provide on-call service, including weekends and evenings

Requirements:
• Minimum post-secondary education
• 3+ years in a parts service role
• Proficiency in DBS, SIS, Word, and Excel
