As an integral member of the Liquor & Cannabis Division, you will report directly to the Manager of Planning & Reporting. Your responsibilities include managing manufacturer onboarding, addressing issues, and conducting detailed reporting and analysis. You will also be key in enhancing business processes to ensure exceptional service delivery and stakeholder support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide current Class E liquor manufacturers through Alberta's compliance
• Address and resolve manufacturer concerns and inquiries
• Prepare and present monthly liquor data reports
• Oversee liquor samples, invoicing, and payment processes
• Support special projects and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Three years of related experience in administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
