Join Vanier Children’s Mental Wellness, a respected leader in children’s mental health, as a Human Resources Assistant. This role focuses on recruitment initiatives, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. You will also assist with training tracking and provide exceptional internal customer service while managing routine HR inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate employee personnel files in HRIS
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes for new hires
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation logistics




• Generate HR reports and data summaries for management
• Assist with Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings

Requirements:
• Minimum 2-year college diploma, HR focus preferred
• 1 year of HR experience, internships included
• Microsoft Office proficiency and solid communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Criminal record check required for employment
