About the Role Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee warehouse operations remotely, supporting facilities that serve the Kimberley region and beyond. In this critical role, you will lead a team of warehouse associates, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain high standards of safety and productivity, all while working from a remote location. You will be instrumental in driving best practices in inventory management, order fulfillment, and process optimization through effective remote leadership and communication. Key Responsibilities Provide remote leadership and supervision to warehouse teams, setting clear goals and expectations.
Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping operations.
Implement and monitor adherence to health and safety protocols within the warehouse environment.
Manage inventory control processes,



ensuring accuracy and minimizing stock discrepancies through remote oversight.
Drive operational improvements and efficiency gains through analysis and implementation of best practices.
Communicate effectively with on-site teams, management, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, ideally with remote oversight experience.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations , inventory management, and logistics principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions remotely.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and communication tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
