In this full time, onsite role, you will work alongside experienced training consultants to assess needs and enhance technical training through the Systematic Approach to Training. Your efforts will ensure that customer-focused training initiatives meet industry standards, with a strong emphasis on compliance and results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess training needs using the Systematic Approach to Training
• Collaborate to develop comprehensive training analysis
• Evaluate training programs for continuous improvement




• Plan and organize engaging training events
• Assist with documentation and materials maintenance

Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in training or education
• 2 years of relevant experience in an industrial setting
• Expertise in designing effective training programs
• Proficiency in remote learning technologies
• Ability to communicate effectively across all company levels
