Under the Director of Operations, you will coordinate training, implement safety protocols, and advise on safe equipment handling. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate health and safety program to prevent workplace injuries
• Establish and review documented safety policies annually
• Manage the Return-to-Work Program with WSIB




• Plan monthly safety inspections and JHSC meetings
• Ensure compliance with WHMIS 2015 standards

Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience in HSE legislation
• College Diploma or University Degree in related field
• First Aid Certification and JHSC Level II
• CRST designation or working towards CRSP
