Join The Alex as a Youth Health Nurse Practitioner, providing comprehensive trauma-informed care to youth. Support adolescents aged 12 to 24 with your expertise in mental health and addictions.

In this permanent, part-time role, you will deliver integrated care in the Youth Health Centre and Outreach Health Bus. Your work will focus on assessing and treating complex health conditions of young clients, conducting assessments, and prescribing treatments. You will have the chance to build solid patient relationships and contribute to a collaborative care environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care on the Youth Health Bus with Peer Support
• Conduct advanced assessments and develop treatment plans
• Diagnose and manage health conditions effectively




• Perform procedures like IUD insertion and wound care
• Build and support a panel of diverse patients

Requirements:
• Active CRNA license in Family/All ages
• Master’s degree/Nurse Practitioner program completion
• Experience with complex health issues and addictions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean abstract
