Provide vital administrative support in a casual role with Children’s Community Addiction & Mental Health. This position involves assisting clinical staff, managing documents, and coordinating schedules.
As an Administrative Support III, you will leverage advanced admin skills in a supportive role within Child Youth and Family Mental Health at Sheldon Kennedy Centre. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, handling health records, and managing incoming communications. This role requires excellent professionalism and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple services for high-risk clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate meetings for clinical staff
• Process various administrative documents and data entries
• Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain health records and assist in reception duties
• Order supplies and request building maintenance services
Requirements:
• Grade 12 completion or equivalent
• 2-3 years of clerical experience in a large organization
• Diploma in Office/Business Administration preferred
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Criminal records check compliance required
