We seek a passionate Team Leader to manage our dynamic before-and-after school childcare program. This part-time, temporary position requires leading staff and volunteers to deliver engaging indoor and outdoor activities. Key duties include ensuring a safe environment, guiding child-centered programming, and managing administrative tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct onboarding and training for recent team members
• Provide coaching and mentorship to staff
• Oversee program delivery aligned with organizational standards




• Build strong relationships with families and community partners
• Monitor compliance with childcare licensing requirements

Requirements:
• At least 1 year leading teams in childcare or recreation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Emergency First Aid & CPR certification required
• Completion of 20 hours of training in Child Development
• Must be at least 19 years of age
