Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join one of Canada's leading financial institutions.

This individual will support a large-scale, multi-year technology program focused on the implementation of a current enterprise platform being developed by an external vendor.

The Project Manager will serve as a central point of coordination across business and technology teams, working closely with Digital Core, Cloud Engineering, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Identity Management, and other key stakeholder groups.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project planning, delivery execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication while ensuring alignment across numerous technical workstreams.

This individual will work extensively with technology partners through the intake and implementation process and must be comfortable navigating complex enterprise environments with significant data and integration considerations.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized leader who can successfully manage competing priorities, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver outcomes within a fast-paced banking environment.

Skills and Requirements
10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives
Experience managing complex, multi-year technology programs involving multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams
Previous experience working within large enterprise banking environments
Proven experience partnering with Cloud Engineering, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Application Development teams




Strong experience managing vendor relationships and overseeing third-party technology implementations
Experience driving end-to-end project delivery, including intake, requirements gathering, planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and enterprise technology delivery
Experience working with data-heavy applications, platforms, or enterprise data initiatives
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse teams
Previous experience supporting Digital Core organizations
Experience working with Identity and Access Management (IDP/IAM) teams
Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience leading technology intake or governance processes
Background supporting platform modernization or digital transformation initiatives
PMP, Agile, or related project management certifications
