The Cultural Advisor is an integral role under the Crisis Hub manager, actively enhancing service delivery aligned with Hodinohshoni beliefs. The position seeks candidates who understand the unique dynamics of First Nations communities and possess experience in cultural programming. Applicants should demonstrate a solid cultural identity along with crisis management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide cultural support to Crisis Hub and Well-Being Programs
• Conduct short-term crisis intervention and support services
• Integrate clinical practices with Hodinohshoni values




• Respond empathetically to various crisis situations
• Develop and promote cultural resources and programming

Requirements:
• Post-Secondary degree in Indigenous studies and 5 years’ experience
• Knowledge of Cayuga/Mohawk languages is essential
• Experience in crisis support and cultural preservation
• Understanding of Six Nations' social dynamics
• Valid Driver's License necessary
